1.4 Device structure:

1.4.1 structure

It adopts standard chassis,panel,back inserted structure, embedded and wiring installation,and isolate strong and weak electricity,which greatly enhance the product’s electrical properties.

1.4.2 plug-in components

The plug-in components including CPU,AC,TRIP plug-in components:CPU plug-in components is the core of the device, and it is a highly integrated CPU, which has  functions of RAM chip,Flash Memory chip,AD chip,etc.AC plugin includes power supply and analog acquisition; TRIP plugin includes exit and digital input.

1.4.2.1 CPU

      1.4.2.1.1CPU system:

 CPUT system is made up of microprocessor CPU,RAM,Flash Memory,etc.High-performance 16 bits microprocessor CPU and high-capacity ROM,RAM and Flash Memory let CPU module own strong capacities of recording and data processing.It can record more than 500 events.Running configuration information such as protection fixed value can be saved in memorizer. The information will not lose when blackout occurs.

      1.4.2.1.2 Switching quantity input and output

  Input quantity can be input internally and externally.Internal input adopts DC5V input, power supply is provided by the device itself. External input adopts one-level optical coupler,to realize DC220V input directly.

Output can drive outlet electric relays including two tripping on relays and one tripping off relays.

     1.4.2..1.3 Communication:

Plug-in unit includes RS485 bus internet chip which has high communication speed and universal interface.RS485 internet is the main communication interface of the device’s access system.

    1.4.2.1.4 clock loop

The plug-in components have hardware clock circuit, and the clock chip has high precision,and it is equipped with battery to keep power.What is more, CPU  plug-in components adopts multilayer printed board and surface encapsulation technology.Its appearance is small and the structure is compact,which enhances reliability and anti-electromagnetic interference.

1.4.2.1.5 input and output and operate loop

       1.4.2.1.5.1  External input loop: there are 10 roads of external input loop, software of the device adopts stabilization measures to avoid the wrong messages.

      1.4.2.1.5.2  Logic relay: Logic relay including on tripping relay and off tripping relay  is driven directly by CPU plug-in components. 

  1.4.3 AC and DC loop

   1.4.3.1 DC inverter:  Using inversion principle, DC220V input voltage output DC voltage the device needs  after anti-jamming filtering loop.And it adopts floating mode,so it is not connected with the shell.

   1.4.3.2 The analog acquisition:After isolation transformer’s  isolation transform , the external current input to analog converter from low pass filter. After sampling and digital processing,CPU makes up all kinds of digital protection relay, and it calculates all kinds of measured value. UA,UB,UC,UO,IA,IB,IC,IO terminals are input protection analog.  

1.4.3 the man-made dialogue plug-in components:

It can display output information of protecting CPU , and this plug-in component adopts LCD of four lines, and each line has eight Chinese characters. The man-made interface is obvious to the user and clear.Universal keyboard operation mode makes it easy to operate. The plug-in components has light indication information which makes operation information more intuitive.
